Sure-Est Construction Services was set up in 2003 to initially provide small to medium sized building contractors with a cost effective estimating and quantity surveying service.

Since then we have worked for many SME’s as well as some of the countries major building contractors such as Galliford Try, Carillion Regional Building, Cowlin Construction and the Midas Group.

By being based in Devon we are able to capitalise on the relatively low business overheads associated with a westcountry office and provide a cost effective service across the whole of Southern England. From Cornwall along the M5/M4 corridors through London into the South-East and up into the Midlands.

We have experience in preparing tenders from just a few thousand pounds to multi-million pound contracts.
