Sure-Est Construction Services was created by Rob Broom to provide a competitively priced national estimating services as a response to the problems he encountered as a Managing Estimator in obtaining such a service to absorb his peaks in work load.

Rob graduated in 1988 with an Honours Degree in Building from Trent Polytechnic, Nottingham and was then trained as a construction estimator by John Laing Construction Ltd.

With 15 years of experience and over 10 years as either a Senior or Managing Estimator, Rob has worked on countless projects from over �20 million to just a few thousand pounds in value with an impressive hit rate.

He is highly IT literate and has first hand experience in many computerised estimating programs including Conquest, Causeway, Esteem, Overture, Wessex and
Esti-Mate.

Rob strongly believes that as the problems and cost of transportation increase more and more city based contractors will look to outsource their work load and wants his company to be a leading provider.
